Schedule for the Scholarship Programme for the spring semester of the 2025/2026 academic year

Applications for social scholarships and for persons with disabilities
February 23 – March 9, 2026* – submission of applications for social scholarship and scholarship for persons with disabilities
^{*Applies to students in the first semester of their second-cycle studies; for students in other semesters, the scholarship may be granted from the following month, counting from the date of application.}

Applications for the Rector's scholarship
Rector’s scholarship can be granted to a student with outstanding results (based on average), academic or artistic achievements, or sports achievement on at least national level - general rules for assigning points to students for scientific, sport and artistic achievements can be found in paragraphs 25, 26 and 27 of the regulations above.

March 2–8, 2028

Within the period from 2 to 8 March 2026 students are obliged to check and verify their average grade in the USOSweb system. In case of missing or incorrect calculated average grade, the student should submit an Application for verification and recalculation or adding the average to the scholarship ranking (in the USOSweb).

Persons who completed first cycle studies at another university should attach a grade card from the last two semesters of studies to the application.

The average can be found in the USOSweb system in the Student’s Section ->  Rankings.

March 12–18, 2026

Students should submit applications for the Rector’s scholarship in USOSweb.
!!!It won’t be possible to apply after deadline 18 March 2026!!!

Applications for relief
Applications for relief may be submitted at any time during the academic year.
