| Description |
The course deals with the stability of ecological systems based on the theory of dynamics of nonlinear equations and properties of equilibrium. Ecological system as food chain is an object of modeling and analysis. |
| Prerequisites |
The knowledge of theory of stability, mathematical analysis, basic information and definitions from biology and descriptive ecology. |
| Course content |
Ecology of organisms, ecology of populations, ecology of biocenosis, ecological system, food chains, stability of nonlinear dynamics, types of equilibrium, chaos, philosophical approaches to ecology. |
