The knowledge of chemical engineering and process apparatus as well as principles of biochemical technology is assumed. |

Principles of bioprocess design. Contents of technical project of processes.Biomass production. Ethanol fermentation. Organic acid production. Biotechnologies of milk products. Enzymes production and applications. Pharmaceutical biotechnology. Biological leaching. Environmental biotechnology. |
