The knowledge of bioprocesses is assumed. |
| Course content |
Dry biomass determination. Sterilization kinetics. Submerged culture. Enzymes precipitation. Enzymes purification by diafiltration. Chromatographic purification of enzymes. Reactor with immobilized enzyme. Biosorption of metals. |
